Erika Tooman has spent more than two decades in the pharmaceutical industry where she has partnered closely with executive teams and boards to navigate major transactions, intellectual property and Hatch-Waxman litigation, regulatory strategy, and enterprise risk management. She has also built and modernized legal and compliance organizations to support sustained growth and value creation in both private-equity-backed and public company environments. Prior to joining Cosette, she served as Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Radius Health.
Erika earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, a Master of Biotechnology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Franklin & Marshall College. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Trailblazing Woman and by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association for leadership excellence.
