Bridgewater, N.J. – April 14, 2026 – Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a U.S.-based, branded specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that it has appointed Danielle DeBoer as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Danielle joins Cosette’s executive leadership team and will lead the company’s global human resources strategy in support of continued growth and transformation.

Danielle brings more than 18 years of senior human resources leadership experience across highly regulated, growth‑oriented organizations, including global pharmaceutical companies and private equity–backed enterprises. She will partner closely with Cosette’s leadership team to align talent strategy with business objectives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support the company’s culture and long‑term value creation.

Most recently, Danielle served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ferraro Foods, a private equity–backed, multi‑site distribution company. In that role, she led enterprise‑wide HR strategy during a period of accelerated growth, including multiple acquisitions, CEO transitions, and organizational transformation initiatives. Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at Novartis, spanning Consumer Health, Oncology, and Cell & Gene Therapies, and serving as Head of People & Organization for the world’s largest cell and gene therapy manufacturing site in Morris Plains, NJ.
