Apurva brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical experience in global corporate strategy and operations. Prior to joining Cosette, Apurva was part of Amneal Pharmaceutical’s (NYSE: AMRX) executive leadership team with responsibility for global corporate development and strategic growth initiatives. He has broad experience in commercial operations across various channels and in negotiating and integrating businesses globally. While at Amneal, Apurva also co-founded Gemini Laboratories, a successful endocrinology-focused specialty pharmaceuticals company. Before joining Amneal, Apurva served in positions of increasing responsibility at Ranbaxy USA. Prior to Ranbaxy, Apurva was an equity analyst with UBS, JPMorgan and Credit Suisse in New York, covering the US Specialty and Generic Pharmaceuticals sector.
Apurva earned his MBA in Finance from Baruch College in New York and Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Accounting from Bombay University.
Brad Leonard is an experienced pharmaceutical executive with a robust background in pharmaceutical access and patient delivery across both generic and branded markets. He has a proven track record of cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships, developing award-winning commercialization teams, and consistently driving sales and profit growth.
With 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Brad played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC. His industry expertise, strategic leadership, team development, and customer-focused approach were instrumental in enhancing Upsher-Smith’s financial performance and commercial presence. While he has earned numerous individual customer recognition awards throughout his career, he takes the greatest pride in the collective success of his teams—demonstrated by over eight HDMA Diana Awards for product excellence and overall company performance.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from the University of Minnesota.
Serge has over 15 years of experience advising pharmaceutical companies through some of their greatest achievements and their toughest challenges. Prior to joining Cosette, Serge was a General Counsel at Wockhardt, a specialty pharmaceutical company. Before Wockhardt, Serge held positions of increasing responsibility at Par Pharmaceutical, an Endo International Company. Prior to going in-house, Serge was an Attorney in the Pharmaceutical Practice at two law firms: Fox Rothschild and Locke Lord. While at these firms, his work carried an emphasis on intellectual property and regulatory issues, including patent prosecution, Hatch-Waxman litigation, counseling and licensing.
Serge earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Doctorate in Chemistry from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
Vin Colicchio has over 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry leading manufacturing and supply chain operations. He has extensive knowledge and experience with end-to-end production and supply operations for oral solid dosage, semi-solids, liquids and transdermals in both the brand and generics categories.
Vin’s previous role was at Dr. Reddy‘s Laboratories, where he served as Vice President of Supply Chain and External Manufacturing for North America, leading product supply for the Rx, SRx and OTC businesses. He had responsibility for supply operations of generics products manufactured by the Dr. Reddy’s manufacturing network based in India and the U.S. In addition, he oversaw the external manufacturing network of over 45 CMO’s and CPO’s based in the US, Canada and Europe. He managed supply and demand planning; procurement; inbound logistics; and supported new product launches. One key achievement was the acquisition and integration of the Mayne Pharma generic product portfolio, including 16 CMO’s and CPO’s, to drive growth for North America.
Prior that, Vin was the Vice President of Operations at Amneal Pharmaceuticals overseeing manufacturing operations based in New Jersey. Vin also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for G&W Laboratories based in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
Previously, Vin held positions of increasing responsibility at GlaxoSmithKline, Stiefel Laboratories, UCB Pharma, Elan and Wyeth.
Vin has a B.S. in Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University and earned his MBA in Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University
Kevin is a Commercial leader with over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His experience includes product development, launch and commercialization, strategic planning & lifecycle management, commercial architecture design & execution, Payer landscapes, pricing strategies, distribution channels as well as portfolio P&L management. His last role was SVP for the US Commercial team for Acerus Pharma where he was responsible for managing the US entity of this public Canadian pharma company. He managed the commercial team and improved the profitability margin from 26% to 37% in the first 12 months. His experience ranges from 3PL, Wholesaler and Pharmacy partners in securing product in channel and has co-led US BD activities for strategic acquisitions, co-promotions with other pharma companies and in-licensing agreements. Prior to Acerus, he worked for various Pharma companies like Endo Pharma, GE Healthcare, Syneos Health and Jazz Pharma.
Kevin graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in business.
In this vital role, Mindy will provide leadership and direction on all aspects of the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement and HR strategy implementation. She will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure Cosette continues to build a culture that attracts, retains and develops the best team.
Mindy has more than 25 years’ experience in human resources and joins us from Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories where she was a Senior Director, Human Resources & Talent Solutions. She led a team of HR Business Partners who supported the North America Generics and Proprietary Products businesses, which included multiple manufacturing sites. While there, she worked closely with the senior management team to develop a business transformation strategy to position the organization more competitively in the market for talent.
Prior to Dr. Reddy’s, Mindy held roles with increasing responsibility at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). While at ADP, she led a corporate wide diversity initiative to foster an inclusive work environment, implemented programs designed to attract new talent and improved employee retention. Prior to that, she was a strategic partner to six line businesses in the US and internationally in the Brokerage Services division of ADP
Mindy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York/College at Oswego.
Rick joins Cosette with over 25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech, Fortune 500 Consumer Products, and public accounting. Prior to joining Cosette, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Baudax Bio., a pharmaceutical company focused on innovative products for acute care settings, where he led all financial aspects of implementing the company’s global corporate strategy. Prior to his time at Baudax, Rick served as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer of Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a transnational pharmaceutical company, where he managed Lupin’s U.S. accounting operations, financial reporting and enforcing accounting policies and procedures. Prior to Lupin, Rick served in roles of increasing responsibility at Endo International plc, a specialty pharmaceutical company, including Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and Senior Director, Finance and Accounting. Prior to Endo, Rick served in various financial roles at Campbell Soup Company. Rick spent the initial ten years of his career in public accounting, primarily at Ernst & Young LLP, rising to Senior Manager, Assurance and Advisory Business Services. He holds a B.S. in Business and Economics, with a major in Accounting, from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the Johnson School at Cornell University. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant in both Pennsylvania and California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Cheryl brings over 30 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry in regulatory affairs, quality control and quality assurance in both branded and generic businesses, including both Rx and OTC formulations. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of quality systems, remediation/compliance, regulatory inspections and has led organizations with multiple site locations. Cheryl’s experience spans from early product development, product filings and commercialization.
Prior to joining Cosette, Cheryl held positions of increasing responsibility at Bayer, Alpharma, Actavis, and G&W Laboratories.
Cheryl received her B.S in Biology from Marshall University.
Ravi is an established R&D leader with over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. His vast experience includes leading the development of various dosage forms for complex generics products where his teams have been instrumental in developing several generic products. He is currently responsible for Cosette’s pharmaceutical science, and new product development and approval. He has held various scientific positions including Director, R&D at Solaris pharmaceuticals; Manager of Formulation R&D at Amneal Pharmaceuticals.
Ravi earned his bachelor’s degree from Gujarat, India and his Master of Science from Stevens Institute of Technology from Hoboken, NJ.
